AdMirror turns a single campaign creative into a personal, one-to-one experience for every viewer. Because that experience starts with something as personal as a photo, we built AdMirror to be consent-first from the ground up. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to generate your personalized creative, respond to demo requests, and operate the AdMirror platform.
- Contact details you submit through our Request a Demo form: full name, organization or college, email address, phone number, campaign timeline, and any message you include.
- Photos or selfies you or your campaign's participants upload for the purpose of generating a personalized creative preview.
- Basic device and usage information — such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location — collected automatically to keep the site secure and working correctly.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To generate the personalized ad creative you or your audience requested.
- To respond to demo requests, answer questions, and follow up about your campaign.
- To deliver personalized creatives via text/SMS or email, where applicable.
- To monitor, secure, and improve the performance and reliability of AdMirror.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
3. Consent and Your Photo
Photos are the most sensitive data we handle, so we treat them with extra care.
- A photo is only used to render the personalized creative you requested — it is never used for advertising targeting or sold to third parties.
- We do not use your photo to train AI models unless you have given us explicit, separate consent to do so.
- Demo and preview images are automatically deleted from active storage after a limited retention window, or sooner upon request.
- You can request deletion of any photo you submitted at any time by contacting us (see "Contact Us" below).
5. Data Retention and Security
- We retain lead and demo-request information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, unless you request earlier deletion.
- Photos used for creative generation are retained only for the limited period necessary to produce and deliver the preview, then removed from active systems.
- We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
- No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time.
- You may opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to data portability and the right to object to certain processing.
7. Children's Privacy
AdMirror is intended for use by colleges, brands, and agencies and their authorized representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information, including photos, from children under 16 without appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or the sponsoring institution. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without proper consent, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever we make changes, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
